Calvary Academy Facts


 

Calvary Academy, established in 1978, is a Christian School registered with the New Jersey State Education Department and is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International, teaching PK - 12th grade.

Calvary Academy is fully accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and by Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.

Calvary Academy is certified to provide education to International Students, and currently has students from China, South Korea, Peru and Africa enrolled.

Calvary Academy students continue to perform well on their TerraNova 3 Standardized Tests:

          1st Grade Performance:  78th Percentile
          5th Grade Performance:  82nd Percentile
          8th Grade Performance:  80th Percentile
          11th Grade Performance:  76th Percentile

All full-time faculty holds Bachelor Degrees at a minimum, and some have a Master's Degree or Doctorate. Teachers have an average 10 years of teaching experience.  Over one-third of our faculty & staff have a Master's Degree or higher.  All faculty are required to hold an ACSI Christian School teaching certificate and many faculty members also have state teaching certificates.
