Attending a Christian school is a worthwhile investment in your child's eternal future. At Calvary Academy, we firmly believe that providing a Christ-centered environment where students are challenged academically and nurtured spiritually will help them to develop a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ, and a heart for Christian service, leadership, and missions. Students will be equipped and intellectually prepared to live their lives with a Biblical perspective.
Tuition Assistance
Thank you for taking the time to evaluate the Calvary Academy tuition assistance program. It is our desire to walk with you as you take this journey with your family. Please know that we will make every effort to make it financially possible for you and your children to become and remain part of the Calvary Academy family.
The following information is provided in order to make this process as simple as possible.

- Read and Comply with the Policy: Calvary Academy Tuition Assistance Policy
- Complete the online Facts Tuition Assistance Application (please note, FACTS charges a nominal fee to apply); this application requires an upload of financial documents.
- Select "Sign In" for current users, or "Create an Account" for New Users
You are only applying for tuition assistance through Facts, they do not decide whether tuition assistance will be granted or how much to give. They provide Calvary with a need-based financial aid analysis which includes a recommendation of what a family should reasonably be able to contribute toward tuition. All information is kept confidential. Results are reviewed by the Tuition Assistance Committee. Upon approval by the Committee, notice of tuition assistance will be provided . (see Policy for timing)
WHEN DO I APPLY?
Families must reapply for tuition assistance each school year, it does not carry over from year to year .
Current Families: Application submission with required supporting documentation is DUE by April 15 each year.
New Families: The FACTS tuition assistance application can be submitted within two weeks following admission to Calvary Academy.
